Mushroomhead invades Grade A Tattoos on Wednesday, March 28^th.  The tour bus drove into Piere’s parking lot and when the doors opened  the guys from  Mushroomhead started filing into Grade A’s lobby, The band Gizmachi was right behind them.

It was a fun filled day as many of the band members came in to see us and  we did a lot of work too.

Mushroomhead is an eight person Nu-Metal / Alernative Metal band based in Cleveland Ohio.  They formed in 1993, the band can be described as an electric blend of alternative  heavy metal, hip hop and industustrial influences.The various members of Mushroomhead have identified themselves by each adopting masks or facial disguises as well as individual pseudonyms. They are known to give people shows they do not forget, as they think people deserve a show along with music, They will never be a band that just stands there and sings in their jeans and t-shirts. They are very different before  masking up, these guys are really great guys and we certainly enjoyed spending the day with them.

Gizmachi  band formed in 1999. The brutality and vision of this band encourages us because it’s not designed around anger or hate like a lot of other bands. It is a testimony that the members did not travel the typical well-worn paths followed by most bands in their development. They met in high school and started jamming just for fun.

Jeff Stumpp started off the party doing some works on Tom Schmitz (Shomotz) He did some work on Toms wrist  Tom is on the Keyboards for Mushroomhead.  Next Jeff workd on Jeff Hatrix ( Jeffery Nothing) Lead Vocals adding some work to his shoulder.

In the meantime Trent pierced Jimmie Hatcher drummer for Gizmachi ears. Rick Thomas (Stitch) from Mushroomhead ears also,adding another hole in Ricks ears.

Lance was given a signed mask from Mushroomhead that he will cherish forever. Look for more pictures in our gallery under Mushroomhead and Gizmachi.
